A family dream

Audu vineyard has been a family dream for 6 generations, brought to fruition by Eric Audu and his son Romain Audu. Farmers for as long as they can remember, the generations that have succeeded one another have never ceased to diversify the farm’s production and to develop practices that combine a high level of quality with respect for the environment. Domaine Audu is the story of a family of farmers who became winegrowers…

Small gestures, big future

Petits gestes, grand avenir

From the vine to the cellar, we use gentle techniques that respect our environment, trying to have as little impact as possible on the vine’s natural cycle. We’re convinced that it’s by taking small, simple steps that we can leave a healthy wine heritage to future generations.

Richness and diversity

Richesse
et diversité

Vines have always been present on the estate and the vineyard has grown and diversified over the generations. Today, vines predominate, but other crops are still grown. The farm has grown tomatoes, peppers and aubergines for canning, followed by rape seed, beet seed, wheat, sunflower seed and chickpeas.

Mixed farming allows us to improve the sustainability of the farm by increasing the richness of the ecosystem.
